We deliver all orders through Royal Mail, offering several shipping options for your convenience. You’ll be able to select your preferred delivery method during checkout.

Royal Mail 1st Class (aimed for next-day delivery): £4.80
Royal Mail 2nd Class (for packages up to 1kg): £3.70

Royal Mail delivers orders between 7am and 7pm on a non-tracked service.
While their standard delivery usually arrives within 48 hours after dispatch, please note this is not guaranteed — delivery may take up to 7 working days.
Important to note:

• Royal Mail doesn’t accommodate delivery notes such as “leave with neighbour”.
• We cannot guarantee specific delivery times or dates.

Although Royal Mail is typically reliable, unexpected delays can sometimes happen. If you experience any delivery issues, feel free to reach out to us — we’ll do our best to assist.

We also ship internationally at the following flat rates:

• Royal Mail doesn’t accommodate delivery notes such as “leave with neighbour”.
• Europe: £15
• Switzerland and USA: £40
• Other international destinations: £70

Please note: In some cases, we may be unable to ship to certain countries due to customs restrictions or other external factors. Should this occur, we will contact you directly.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
