• Your item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Opened coffee products cannot be returned unless faulty.

• Opened or used coffee
• Gift cards
• Sale items

Email us at admin@mullirimayfair.com with your order number, description of the issue, and a photo (if relevant).

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 14 days.
